Your main tasks

• Conception and development of web and software solutions in teamwork, taking into account customer requirements, current trends and technical possibilities
• Implementation of templates, components and interfaces in the frontend or of APIs, data models and application logic in the backend, depending on your focus
• Close cooperation with design, backend/frontend and customers to transform concepts into high-performance, holistic solutions
• Use of AI-supported tools in everyday work to develop solutions faster and better
• Recognizing the latest technological developments and their meaningful integration into our projects

You bring with you

• Very good knowledge in at least one of the two areas: PHP (Symfony framework) and MySQL on the backend side, or HTML5, CSS3/SCSS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript on the frontend side
• Initial contact with the respective other side is a plus, but not a must
• A sense for clean, maintainable code as well as – in the frontend – for UX/UI and responsive design
• Project experience with common platforms such as Pimcore, OpenDXP or comparable systems is an advantage – we are open to different backgrounds
• Training in the field of computer science/software development is an advantage, but not a must – above all, your projects and your skills convince us
• Interest and initial experience in the productive use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) in development
• High level of initiative, flexibility, precise and efficient working
• Experience with agile software development is an advantage
• Good German and English skills

Our tech stack

We primarily rely on PHP/Symfony as well as Pimcore and OpenDXP as a basis for individual web and software solutions. Which tool is used in individual cases, we decide situationally according to the requirements of the customer – thanks to the intensive use of AI in development, we have become very open in this regard.
