As the head caretaker of a team consisting of three other caretakers, three apprentices, and sixteen part-time cleaners, you are responsible for the following main tasks: Technical and organizational leadership of the facility services including personnel management Planning, management, and participation in cleaning work on the indoor and outdoor facilities including deep cleanings Maintenance of the building technical infrastructure of the various buildings including Wärmeverbund Schwerzi (wood chip heating) Area Safety Officer (BESIBE) for occupational safety and health protection in facility management Practical training of our apprentices (Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ, Fachrichtung Hausdienst) Your Profile Completed manual-technical vocational training and corresponding leadership experience Expertise and experience in the field of facility management Further training as a Caretaker with Federal Diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) Organizational skills as well as an aptitude for administrative work Good PC skills Driver's license Cat.
