Job Description ##

• Project management & participation in projects for new equipment and new lines
• Repairs and modifications of maintenance procedures in order to eliminate sources of production losses related to equipment
• Programming of industrial controllers (PLC)
• Creation of electrical diagrams
• Preventive maintenance
• Management of bills of materials
• Commissioning of systems
• Ensure continuous production through the proper functioning of the production line and equipment
• Implementation of improvements on equipment in order to increase their efficiency
• Creation of technical documentation
• Calibration of production equipment
• Coordination of activities
• Startup of systems
• Mechanical, electronic and electrotechnical repair
• Processing of non-conformities
• Apply safety regulations

We expect ##

• ES Technician in Automation experienced in maintenance and troubleshooting on a production site managed by a quality system
• Good stress management, autonomous and result-oriented
• Practice in Lean Manufacturing
• Excellent level in English (B2)
• You are highly skilled in mechanics, pneumatics, electricity and robotics
