With locations in Basel, Bern, Zürich and Berlin, we support our customers in successfully realizing their orders and projects.   For our customer, an innovative family business in the field of service and logistics services, we are looking for, by arrangement, a/an Team Leader / Team Leader Logistics 100% Your tasks ###   • technical and personnel leadership of a small logistics team with four employees and one apprentice • organization, coordination and continuous improvement of logistical processes • control and processing of open incoming goods, transfers and picking orders • ensuring timely and complete picking in the responsible area • independent processing of orders as well as participation in projects within the area of responsibility • active participation in operational day-to-day business, especially in incoming goods, picking, transfer and loading • clarification and processing of differences, damages and shortages as well as initiation of suitable corrective measures • close coordination and cooperation with the internal interfaces and other departments   Your profile ###   • completed education and training in the field of logistics, ideally with further training as a Logistikfachfrau / Logistikfachmann • several years of experience in a leadership function within logistics • strong understanding of processes as well as the ability to think and act across departments • enjoyment in actively developing the processes in a new, partially automated high-bay warehouse and implementing them together with the team • proficient handling of MS Office; knowledge of LFS and SAP is an advantage • good German skills in speaking and writing • independent and reliable way of working as well as high social competence and strong team spirit   What to expect ### A responsible leadership position with a versatile and varied area of responsibility.
