What you will achieve with us ## As a UX or Product Designer, you will design the user experience of ZESAM, our comprehensive workforce management solution for demanding customers from retail, industry, transport, logistics, and other industries. You understand complex functional contexts, bring structure to different requirements, and develop intuitive and technically feasible product solutions from them. In doing so, you work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and our customers and combine user needs, product strategy, and technical feasibility. • Analysis of user needs and development of viable UX and product concepts together with customers, Product Management, and Engineering • Conducting interviews, workshops, contextual observations, and usability tests as well as deriving well-founded design decisions • Conception of complex workflows - from information architecture and interaction design to the elaborated user interface • Translation of functional requirements into understandable and implementable solutions as a common basis for specialist departments and Engineering • Accompanying the implementation in the development process and ensuring visual and functional quality • Responsibility for our Design Systems and their further development as well as our UX standards with a focus on consistency, accessibility, and maintainability What you already bring with you ## • Completed studies (FH/University) in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Psychology, visual communication, or a comparable field of study with a sound UX focus • Several years of professional experience as a UX or Product Designer with complex digital products, ideally in an enterprise or B2B environment • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a good understanding of complex functional contexts • Sound experience in understanding user needs, developing viable concepts, and validating these through user research and usability tests • Very good knowledge of Figma and Design Systems as well as a good sense for visual design • Technical understanding, an independent and pragmatic way of working, as well as enjoyment in collaborating with Product Management and software development • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form *M, w, or d?
