On behalf of our client, a renowned trading company based in Zürich, we are looking for a

Microsoft 365 Engineer (m/w) 80-100% #

immediate or by arrangement.

In this versatile and demanding role, you are responsible for the further development and operation of the Microsoft 365 platform. You combine modern cloud technologies with automation, security, governance, and an optimal user experience. In doing so, you continuously develop the digital working environment and ensure stable, secure, and efficient platform operation.

We have plenty of exciting tasks for you:

? You operate and further develop the Microsoft 365 platform with Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and OneDrive
? You automate M365 processes and deployments with PowerShell, Graph API and Azure Automation
? You develop governance, compliance and operational standards for the M365 services
? You work on identity and access management topics related to Entra ID
? You specifically further develop the Power Platform with Power Apps and Power Automate
? You implement and operate security and compliance functions such as DLP, Conditional Access and Defender
? You advise specialist departments and IT teams and support them in using Microsoft 365 efficiently and in a standardized manner

To be successful in this demanding position, you possess:

? Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365, cloud engineering or IT operations environment
? Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 core services such as Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
? Experience with automation and scripting, especially PowerShell and Graph API
? Good knowledge of M365 governance, security and compliance
? Sound understanding of Entra ID as well as Identity & Access Management
? Understanding of DevOps principles and modern operating models in platform operation
? A structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as very good German language skills
