What awaits you

• Overall responsibility for the construction management of timber construction projects as a general contractor
• Coordination and leadership of all tradespeople and subcontractors involved in construction
• Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets on the construction sites
• Close cooperation with project management, planning, and other internal departments
• Communication with clients, authorities, and external partners
• Documentation of construction progress and regular reporting

Our client requests

• Completed training in the main construction industry, timber construction, or a related field, ideally with further training as a Techniker HF, Bauführer, or comparable
• Several years of experience in construction management, preferably in timber construction or as a general contractor
• Strong organizational skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication, assertive personality with enjoyment of teamwork
• Confident handling of common construction management tools and MS Office
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
