For our Jugendwohnen in Küsnacht-Goldbach, we are looking for a reliable, self-organized professional, starting by agreement, who takes responsibility and maintains an overview even in difficult situations. In Jugendwohnen, we accompany adolescents and young adults (16-25 years) with learning and mild mental impairments during their training or vocational measures. We offer them a supportive living environment that enables stability, orientation, and personal development. Your tasks ### • Accompanying and promoting young adults in their everyday management and leisure time • Case responsibility for approx. four people with a focus on individual development goals • Support in independent life management and career planning • Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team and with external specialist agencies • Night standby duties (3-4×/month) and Sunday evening shifts (1-2×/month) Your profile ### • Completed tertiary-level training (social pedagogical or from a comparable field) - a specific vocational training in the social sector is not mandatory • Professional experience with challenging psychosocial situations - ideally in the context of youth, education, care, or counseling • A natural authority, clear stance, and a secure sense for professional closeness and distance • Independent, structured working - also in stressful moments • Enjoyment of development, reflection, and co-design in the team • Good written communication skills and solid IT user knowledge We offer ### • A meaningful activity with motivated young people • A committed, collegial team with an appreciative basic attitude • Structured onboarding and regular development discussions • Internal and external continuing education opportunities • Contemporary employment conditions, good accessibility with public transport • From the 40th year of age 6 weeks vacation, before that 5 weeks
