Automatic Door Project Manager (f/m/d) Job Overview As part of the reinforcement of our Automatic Door Projects department, we are looking for our future colleague to lead the implementation of our solutions for our clients in French-speaking Switzerland. As a Project Manager, you will take charge of complex projects related to our automatic doors and physical access systems, from order validation to final acceptance and closure. As a true technical expert, you will coordinate all stakeholders and guarantee the completion of projects within deadlines, costs, quality standards and safety requirements. What you will do Technical support and sales assistance Advise sales teams on the choice of technical solutions adapted to client needs. Perform on-site measurements and verify order compliance with site requirements. Develop technical drawings and execution plans using DraftSight and AutoCAD. Calculate prices and prepare offers for complex projects. Create and monitor order files in Doricon, Salesforce and SAP. Project management and coordination Plan, coordinate and lead projects from their launch to their commissioning. Ensure follow-up of orders, materials, supplies, assembly and schedules. Coordinate interventions with the various stakeholders on site (clients, general contractors, electricians, security specialists, assembly teams, etc.) and ensure compliance with deadlines. Ensure fluid communication with factories for specific requests and technical adaptations. Use BIM platforms provided by clients for project monitoring and coordination. Financial, quality and compliance monitoring Ensure administrative, financial and profitability monitoring of projects in SAP. Identify and monitor projects presenting significant margin variances. Authorize invoicing and ensure project closure. Ensure compliance with dormakaba quality standards as well as the compliance of installations with current safety standards. Guarantee client satisfaction throughout the project. What we ask for Higher technical education (ES Technician, HES Engineer or equivalent), ideally supplemented by training in project management (federal diploma or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in a technical environment (security systems, building automation, access systems, construction or similar sector). Proficiency in DraftSight and AutoCAD. Excellent knowledge of French; proficiency in German and/or English is an asset. Strong customer orientation, with the ability to analyze needs and propose adapted solutions.
