Accounting Clerk (50 - 60 %)

Your tasks

• You maintain the double-entry bookkeeping for various properties.
• You book accounts payable and ensure correct and timely processing.
• You prepare annual financial statements independently.
• You work closely with the auditors of the properties during audits.
• You are in direct contact with condominium owners - personally and by telephone.

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training or bring comparable experience in accounting.
• You are familiar with double-entry bookkeeping and have experience with closing work.
• You enjoy communicating on the telephone and enjoy contact with people.
• You are open to common office and IT applications and like to familiarize yourself with new programs.
• You work independently, structured, and precisely.
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing.
