IPOKOST is a pure heat pump specialist: no boilers or photovoltaics, we focus exclusively on aerothermal and geothermal energy. Study, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting are carried out by our own teams, without subcontracting. We guarantee our clients work executed with rigor, proximity, and according to the rules of the art, by technically competent personnel. Missions • Analysis of technical documents (plans, isometric diagrams, principle diagrams) and overall management of the resulting construction site • Preparation of the entire construction site upstream of its realization: equipment, equipment, and logistics • Installation of air/water and ground/water heat pumps • Hydraulic and electrical connection of installations • Commissioning, adjustments, and functional tests of systems • Supervision, organization, and coordination of a small team on construction sites, ensuring the quality of execution and respect for deadlines • Execution of excavation work • Strict adherence to safety instructions and quality standards • Daily maintenance of equipment and construction site vehicle Profile sought • CFC heating installer or equivalent / CFC refrigeration installer or equivalent / CFC electrician installer or equivalent • Required and confirmed experience of at least 5 years as an installer, including the installation of heat pumps, team management (at least 1 collaborator) and a real taste for management • Mastery of the masonry techniques necessary for the realization of concrete slabs • Strong commitment to work carried out according to the rules of the art and technical rigor without compromise • Autonomy: ability to understand and master a construction site from the plans and diagrams provided, ability to define supplier ordering needs and find solutions in the face of unforeseen circumstances • Customer service sense: ability to represent the company with professionalism and communicate with customers • Good physical condition, comfortable with manual work and heavy loads • Category B driver's license Technical questions will be asked during the first interview to assess your knowledge and experience.
