Landscheide offers people with mental, physical, or psychological disabilities a living space and workplace that corresponds to their individual needs and abilities, in and at which they can unfold and develop. In doing so, they are accompanied and supported by an interdisciplinary care team of motivated professionals, based on the principles of system orientation and the UN CRPD.

To support the day structure, we are looking for a committed personality as a

starting 01 January 2027 or by arrangement

Your new area of responsibility includes:

• Supporting the respective work management in the implementation of goal- and quality-oriented care work
• Continuing the current daily activities in one of the seven work and occupation groups
• Internal and external exchange of information with other responsible professionals
• Participation in work and project groups of the institution
• Deputy for our employee in the area of midday care (care of the supported employees during their lunch break as well as rounds in the morning during the workshop management meeting)

We value you as our new colleague if you offer our service users respectful, mindful accompaniment and development thanks to your expertise and human nature. Your degree in the field of care, work pedagogy, social pedagogy, or several years of experience in this area of responsibility, as well as your manual-creative skills, round off your profile.
