To strengthen and further develop our Rail Services division, we are creating the new position AVOR Rail Services. For this versatile key role, we are looking for an organizationally strong personality who will actively help shape and further develop our planning and coordination processes.
Your tasks:
Processing and coordination of the daily deployment and cleaning plans in the railway services area
Reviewing the received follow-up day planning and ensuring timely forwarding to the responsible locations
Communication and coordination in the event of short-term changes, adjustments, and operational deviations
Creation and maintenance of the annual planning as well as intra-year planning of sidelined vehicles and special services
Ensuring up-to-date and complete location documentation
Support in the coordination and implementation of quality controls in cooperation with the responsible location managers
Analysis of processes and support in the continuous optimization of processes
Hub function between internal contact persons, locations, and operational teams
Support of the responsible SPOC with organizational and administrative tasks
Your qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical training is an advantage
Experience in work preparation (AVOR), dispatching, or operational organization
Strong organizational and coordination talent
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Enjoyment of working with different locations and contact persons
Good IT user skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
