Template \- GLS Manager Junior Real Estate Manager: Commercial Properties 100% in Zürich To strengthen our company, which focuses heavily on managing properties from the Pensimo Gruppe, we are looking for a Junior Real Estate Manager 100% for the Commercial Properties department, starting immediately or by arrangement. As a Junior Manager, you will manage a simple portfolio in the Zürich region, with support from the team leader if required. You are responsible for the timely re-letting of terminated rental objects and the preservation of value of the property, and thus the triggering of necessary maintenance measures within the budget.
