Tasks & Challenges

• Management of an interesting commercial portfolio
• Contact person for tenants, owners, and tradespeople
• Care of the property, also much on-site at the property
• Budgeting and investment planning for rental income, maintenance, and renovation
• Control of rent and heating ancillary cost statements
• Support in debt collection and reminders

Qualifications & Competencies

• Commercial basic training or similar
• Completion as Eidg. dipl. Immobilienbewirtschafter is a great advantage
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• High customer orientation, independent way of working, and solution-oriented mindset
• Negotiation and organizational skills
• Fluent German skills as well as good English skills are an advantage
