Specialist in Care (FaBe)

Our client is an established Swiss institution in the social sector, which, with around 250 employees, is committed to the accompaniment and promotion of people with cognitive and multiple impairments. To reinforce a department with decentralized residential offerings, we are looking for a flexible, independent, and reliable personality as a Specialist in Care (FaBe) 80% starting immediately.

Your tasks

• Accompaniment and support of the residents in the agogic and nursing areas
• Design of everyday life and leisure according to individual needs
• Recognition and promotion of individual resources of the residents
• Strengthening the self-determination and personal responsibility of the residents
• Creation of space for personal development and growth
• Contribution of professional experience to daily care routines
• Co-design of cooperation within the team
• Cooperation with internal and external specialists

Your profile

• Completed training as a Specialist in Care or socio-pedagogical
• Several years of professional experience with cognitively impaired people desirable
• Readiness for flexible, irregular working hours and split shifts
• Organizationally strong, independent, and responsible way of working
• Physically and mentally resilient in demanding situations
• Good IT user knowledge required
• Driver's license an advantage
