Receptionist

Your tasks include:

• Guest care (private, group, seminar)
• Check-in and check-out of all hotel guests
• Offers, confirmation and reservations
• Guest accounting & cash bookkeeping
• Hotel correspondence orally as well as in writing in German, English and preferably French

We are looking for:
Do you already possess a completed vocational training as Kauffrau EFZ, as Hotelkommunikationsfachfrau EFZ or as Hotelfachfrau EFZ and would like to gain your first experiences at the reception of a hotel?

You bring good organizational skills, quality awareness and networked thinking. Likewise, you enjoy maintaining contact with our national and international guests.
