• 11 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Lupfig (Aargau) Do you want to actively shape the future of Green? ## The Business Controller is responsible for overseeing the company's financial management and control activities, with a strong emphasis on revenue performance, operating cost efficiency, and financial transparency. This role is essential for supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring high-quality reporting, and advancing the digitalization of financial processes. Key Responsibilities ## Financial Control & cost management • Assume and drive the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of operating expenses (OPEX) across the organization • Further develop cost control frameworks to ensure efficiency, transparency, and scalability • Manage and maintain the management accounting system, including annual updates of allocation keys   Budgeting, forecasting & planning • Annual budgeting process with a strong focus on customer revenue streams and profitability • Detailed financial forecasting, including revenue projections, cost structures, and margin analysis • Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide clear, actionable insights to management   Reporting & stakeholder communication • Prepare and deliver periodic management reports, including financial performance, KPIs, and variance analysis • Produce reporting packages for management and shareholders • Ad hoc financial analyses and strategic insights   Revenue management & commercial performance • Oversee and validate sales provisions, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Perform financial performance analyses of customer projects, including monitoring profitability and margins • Oversee periodic customer billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness   Digitalization & Business Intelligence • Contribute to the digital transformation of the finance function, focusing on automation and process efficiency • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI Your Skills ## • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field More than 5 years of experience in management controlling, ideally in infrastructure, technology, or data center environments • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue management • Proven experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools • Proficiency in English and German required   Key competencies: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and high precision • Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders • Proactive and pragmatic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement • Ability to move effectively in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment   Additional requirements: Applications are only accepted from candidates holding a valid Swiss work permit and already based in Switzerland Our Offer ## • An exciting and varied position in a dynamic environment • Excellent colleagues; our decision-making processes are short, and we communicate on an equal footing and use informal language (tutoiement) • Your personal development is important to us, we support you individually • With us, you will work autonomously and have the opportunity to contribute actively Are you in? ## We welcome all applications - the (a) signifies diversity, including in our job titles.
