Your activity consists primarily of • Independent planning, preparation, and implementation of training and further education as a class teacher on various functional and cadre levels • Development and further development of curricula, training modules, course programs, and training materials • Technical responsibility and technical logistics for one or more specialist areas of the Zivilschutz as well as their continuous technical and methodical further development • Technical and methodical support of training activities in the Zivilschutz organizations • Command officer in the kantonalen Katastrophen-Einsatzelement Thurgau <br /> Your profile You have completed vocational training with an eidgenössischem Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ) and bring experience in adult education as well as enjoyment in conveying knowledge. Ideally, you already possess a qualification in adult education, for example as an instructor with an eidgenössischem Fachausweis. You are familiar with the Verbundsystem Bevölkerungsschutz and bring leadership experience, preferably from an officer function in the Zivilschutz, in the Armee, or with a partner organization of the Bevölkerungsschutz. In addition to your training activity, you will assume a function in the kantonalen Katastrophen-Einsatzelement Thurgau and are prepared to participate in exercises and operations. You appear confident and convincing, work independently and structured, and know how to inspire different target groups for training content. Conceptual thinking, organizational skill, as well as the ability to convey complex content in an understandable and practical manner, are among your strengths.
