Your tasks • You support your departments as an ICT business partner, understand their goals and recognize early on where ICT can provide support. • You take over demand management: You structure requirements, prioritize them together with stakeholders and ensure transparency in the backlog. • You coordinate and lead ICT projects and ensure that deadlines, costs and quality are met. • You are the interface between business and IT and translate technical requirements into feasible solutions. • You coordinate with internal and external partners, moderate workshops and bring together different interests. • You accompany the introduction of new solutions and ensure that they work and are used in everyday life. Your profile • You have completed a degree in business informatics or computer science or have completed equivalent training and move confidently between business and IT. • You have several years of experience in demand management and in leading or coordinating (complex) ICT projects, preferably in an agile environment (e.g. SAFe). • You can analyze requirements in a structured way, prioritize them and present them in a clear and concise manner. • You communicate clearly and convincingly, whether with the department, IT or management. • You keep an overview even with multiple topics and work in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way. • You take responsibility and act as a reliable partner towards your stakeholders. Your work environment The Office for Informatics and Organization (AIO) is the central provider of IT services for the cantonal administration and the judiciary. As a cross-sectional office, the AIO is responsible for the IT infrastructure of the canton and supports the directorates, the state chancellery, the high court and the administrative court as well as municipalities and administration-related companies in the use of information and communication technology.
