Are you looking for a new challenge in the field of building digitalization and want to implement digital solutions directly in practice? To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Technician / Project Manager Building Digitalization (m/f/d), 80-100 % Your place of work is our headquarters in Opfikon, with an area of operation throughout Switzerland. What awaits you In this role, you will lead digitalization projects end-to-end - from the configuration of our platform to the acceptance by the customer. You will commission our solutions directly on the construction site and in the property, including digital reception and reservation solutions, access systems, digital mailbox and parcel box systems, Digital Signage as well as other IoT and area apps. Furthermore, you will coordinate with electrical installers, general contractors, IT managers and client representatives and will be the central contact person for building digitalization. You will perform system tests and acceptances, train management teams and FM providers online and on-site and support ongoing operations with technical questions including remote diagnosis and error analysis in 2nd-level support. You will document installations and configurations cleanly and traceably and ensure high data and process quality. You will actively participate in the further development of internal processes, software solutions and technical standards and contribute your practical experience from everyday project work. As an advantage, you additionally lead or accompany software and website projects (e.g., real estate marketing sites or area platforms) - from requirement gathering via requirements engineering to go-live. What you bring You have a completed training as Electrical Installer EFZ, Building Informatician EFZ, Multimedia Electronics Technician EFZ, Electrical Planner EFZ or a comparable technical training. Furthermore, you have a strong technical understanding of software configurations, web interfaces and APIs and move confidently in digital and web-based systems. As an advantage, you bring basic programming knowledge (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP or ) which supports requirements engineering in software and website projects. In addition, you have good knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, WLAN, Switching, PoE, VLAN) as well as ideally experience in building technology (e.g., KNX, BACnet, DALI) and with access systems (e.g., Salto, Glutz, dormakaba). Experience with ICT infrastructures, server environments or cloud platforms is an advantage. As an advantage, you bring experience in leading or accompanying website projects, especially in requirement management as well as in coordination with developers and designers.
