For our hearing center in Altdorf, we are looking for an engaged and service-oriented Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor Hearing Acoustics (m/f/d) workload 60% - 80% who enjoys interacting with people and lives our high service standards daily. What awaits you With your organizational talent and your warm manner, you contribute significantly to ensuring that people feel completely comfortable at Neuroth * You look after our customers by telephone and in person and ensure first-class customer care. * You coordinate the appointment calendar and handle administrative tasks as well as cash management independently. * You perform service work on hearing aids and advise on accessories and additional products. * You take care of inventory management including orders, goods receipt, and inspection. * Fixed working days Monday, Thursday and Friday; for a higher workload, the 4th working day is to be defined by agreement. What you bring with you You are communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy interacting with people: * Joy in sales and personal advice - ideally with experience in retail. * Strong customer and service orientation as well as a high degree of empathy. * Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working. * Interest in technical and electronic products as well as good IT affinity. * Strong communication skills, team spirit, and the motivation to continuously develop yourself. * Proficient German skills in speaking and writing.
