What you achieve ## • * You are responsible for the legal advice of management and departments • You design, review, and negotiate contracts and other agreements • You create and revise forms and instructions • You conduct legal clarifications and process customer complaints • You answer court inquiries (bankruptcies, executions, account blocks, investigations) • You work on cross-departmental projects • You take over the legal advice of the pension fund & freedom of movement foundation What you bring ## • * Completed degree in law (Master of Law / MLaw, Swiss law; lawyer's patent or additional training is an advantage) • Very good knowledge in contract law, corporate law, financial market law • Several years of professional experience in the legal field • Negotiation-secure German and English; French language skills are a plus • Ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and in a target group-oriented manner
