This is your contribution: Analyzing requirements with the specialist teams as well as designing and implementing specific IT operating and service structures; Supervising and optimizing all maintenance and license agreements for the ICT products and services used; Reviewing the agreed SLAs and OLAs regarding the availability and performance of services, systems, networks, and applications; Leading ICT endeavors and ICT projects, from concept through realization and introduction to successful acceptance; Responsible for the operational ICT operations and the leadership as well as coordination of external ICT service providers. What makes you unique: Business Information Scientist (UNI, FH or HF) with additional training as an IT Project Manager IPMA-C/PMI and experience in project management; Experience in introducing and operating service and operations management systems as well as in the lifecycle management of virtualized ICT environments; Experience in the implementation of ICT projects, especially in the replacement procurement of existing infrastructures and the procurement of external ICT service providers; Sound knowledge of the products Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, HPE-Hardware and Manage Engine; Good knowledge of a second official language as well as English skills.
