About us
The Rohrdorferberg-Mutschellen Immobilien AG and the Bieri Verwaltungs AG are two regionally anchored real estate management companies with many years of experience in the management of condominium ownership and rental properties.

Since January 2026, we have been working as a joint team at our location at Bremgarterstrasse 3 in Widen. Personal support, short decision-making paths, and uncomplicated cooperation characterize us.

To strengthen our small and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a reliable and number-oriented personality who will independently manage our real estate accounting and enjoys taking on responsibility.

Your tasks
Independent management of the property accounting for condominium and co-ownership communities as well as rental properties
Preparation of annual statements
Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing and control of payment transactions
Dunning process and support with debt collection
Reconciliation of bank accounts and accounting accounts
Management and control of renewal funds
Maintenance and control of master and financial data
Support with budgeting and financial evaluations
Collaboration with our real estate managers
Telephone and written contact with owners, tenants, and external bodies
General support in the area of accounting and administration

What you bring with you
Commercial basic training or comparable training
Experience in accounting
Experience in real estate accounting is an advantage
Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
Knowledge of Garaio REM is an advantage
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
Enjoyment of numbers and a careful, structured way of working
High sense of responsibility and reliability
Independent and solution-oriented way of working
Teamwork skills and enjoyment of working in a small team
