What you can achieve with us:

Personnel management:

• Recruitment, instruction, and leadership of the cleaning staff as well as the quality inspectors. Control of work and hourly reports, compliance with legal requirements and responsibility for occupational safety, as well as targeted training of employees.

Order execution:

• Planning, organization, and control of cleaning orders from preparation to acceptance. Personnel scheduling, material provision, quality control, and continuous optimization of processes.

Customer contact:

• Regular support and advice for customers, processing of complaints, keeping protocols, and implementation of individual customer wishes.

Offer processing:

• Collection of data and information, assistance with calculations, revision of service descriptions.

What you bring with you:

• You have a completed commercial education or a completed vocational apprenticeship with a commercial diploma – ideally, you already bring experience from an industrial or production company.
• An EFZ as a building cleaner is an additional plus.
• You bring business understanding as well as a strong affinity for the building cleaning industry.
• With your high social competence, teamwork skills, and your leadership and organizational talent, you convince in daily exchange with different stakeholders.
• You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner and, thanks to your networked thinking, maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You are flexible and ready to carry out assignments outside of regular working hours if required.
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing. Knowledge of another language, for example Italian or Spanish, is an advantage.
• You are confident and experienced in using MS Office.
• You have a category B driver's license
