Operations Maintenance Specialist, 80-100 %

We are looking for a committed personality starting immediately or by agreement until 31 December 2026. There is the prospect of permanent employment beyond this period.

Tasks ##

• Maintenance and care of buildings, facilities, equipment, and furniture
• Rectification of malfunctions, defects, and emergencies
• Care of outdoor areas including winter service
• Inventory management, disposal, and internal logistics
• Provision of infrastructure for events and cooperation with teaching and childcare staff
• Tasks in the in-house laundry

Profile ##

• Training as a Fachperson Betriebsunterhalt EFZ/EBA, Gebäudereiniger/in EFZ/EBA or in a manual-technical profession
• High social competence and joy in interacting with children and in school operations
• Customer-oriented, communicative and service-oriented personality
• Flexible, independent and responsible way of working
• Good German language skills and a strong sense of quality
