Job Description Your contribution to our shared success As Key Account Manager Pharmacy (m/w/*) for the pharmacy channel within the Consumer Business Group in Switzerland and Austria, you have the opportunity to use your knowledge in a targeted manner to drive our shared success. Your area of responsibility includes: Negotiation of annual agreements on prices and conditions as well as ensuring cooperation. Achievement of the agreed annual financial goals and all customer-related sales KPIs for the respective customers. Continuous analysis of market and customer development and close observation of the competition to derive growth opportunities. Ensuring the implementation of all category and brand strategies at the customer level. Handling the operational management of the customers (tracking of forecasts, evaluation of promotional activities, analysis of sales-in and sales-out, etc.) Ensuring efficient communication with other departments such as customer service, shopper marketing, supply chain, etc. These are your competencies The minimum qualifications for this role include: You have a commercial or medical/pharmaceutical education Sound professional experience in Key Account Management, ideally in a medical environment Proven success in sales and customer care Strong analytical as well as communication and negotiation skills Very good knowledge of German and English, in spoken and written form These further skills are an advantage: Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills as well as strategic skill Teamwork and assertiveness Professional handling of MS Office and presentation techniques French language skills
