Sales Customer Advisor

Your tasks:

Telephone customer support and sales of our wide range of products, cross- and upselling
Customer care and relationship building, activation and reactivation of our customer base
Responsibility for assigned customers in German- and French-speaking Switzerland
Administrative handling of customer inquiries and complaints
Maintenance of customer data

Your profile:

Professional experience in sales or commercial field
Native language German, good spoken French skills required
High customer orientation, negotiating skills and sales flair
MS Office skills available
