In this role, you're not an anonymous manager, but the professional, administrative, and organizational center of your own portfolio. With your expertise and organizational talent, you ensure a smooth process with residents as well as with accounting, maintenance, construction services, and other internal services. Your tasks: organize, manage, coordinate • Professional portfolio management: you are responsible for the commercial management of your portfolio of apartments and commercial properties. From rentals to terminations, including the coordination of move-ins and move-outs, you master everything. • Contract law and documentation with foresight: you establish contracts correctly and write contracts with special provisions independently. You also ensure the quality of data and our internal standards with confidence. • Communication center: you are the first point of contact for residents in case of administrative questions, coordinate communication with tenants, and answer simple questions about heating/expenses bills. • Interface with committees: you maintain exchanges with neighborhood commissions. You take charge of the administrative coordination of the annual tenant meetings. • Leadership in the residential sector: you assume personnel management and the coordination of part-time employees in your districts. • Solution-oriented conflict management: in case of arrears, conflicts with tenants, or between neighbors, you take charge of the follow-up of cases as well as the reminder procedures with tact, empathy, and firmness. Your profile: professional competence with empathy and structure • The basis: you have completed commercial training or equivalent and have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector. • The baggage: you have completed at least one year of further training as a real estate manager and want to continue your training with us. • Your way of working: you think in a connected way, work very structured, and keep an overview even in stressful phases. • Your personality: you communicate skillfully with very varied interest groups. You seek pragmatic and consensual solutions and are a true team player. • The tools: you master MS Office and, thanks to your computer affinity, quickly adapt to new systems. You possess a category B driver's license for on-site appointments.
