We are looking for Socio-educational Assistants or Accompaniment and social Assistants M/F/D to intervene within an institution that is a key public actor in Geneva in the inclusion of people in situations of disability or difficulty of integration.

Responsibilities
Ensure hygiene and comfort care for residents
Participate in the animation of the establishment
Inform and accompany residents and their entourage
Ensure traceability and transmission of information
Application of the institution's protocols and procedures
Profile
CFC as Socio-educational Assistant mandatory or Educational Monitor with SEFRI mandatory
Experience with adults in situations of polyhandicap mandatory
Competence in accompanying people with ASD
Interpersonal skills, listening ability, sense of teamwork
Flexibility and availability
