In this key role, you will take responsibility for central topics in Finance, Accounting & Reporting. As a sparring partner to the Director Finance, you will make an important contribution to the financial management and further development of our company.
Your challenge
Preparation of the monthly group reporting in the Cognos system
Technical responsibility and key user for digital invoice processing and expense management
Coordination and participation in monthly and annual financial statements
Management of fixed asset accounting
Preparation of analyses and decision-making bases for management and specialist departments
Close cooperation with the Director Finance as well as taking over his deputy role
Ensuring compliance with and further development of the accounting guidelines within the company
Your profile
Completed commercial training with further training in finance and accounting, or finance and accounting, Bachelor/Master in Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a versatile accounting function
Sound knowledge in financial accounting as well as experience with monthly and annual financial statements
Experience in group reporting and ideally knowledge in dealing with reporting systems
Very good user knowledge in MS Excel and a high affinity for digital financial processes and systems
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
High level of personal responsibility, reliability and a strong sense of quality
Enjoyment in collaborating with different specialist departments and the ability to communicate complex financial matters understandably
Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage
