Located in a privileged location in Männedorf with views of Lake Zurich and the mountains, the Boldern hotel has 59 single and double rooms, as well as 9 seminar and group rooms. A dining area with a restaurant, garden room, bistro, terrace and bar completes the offering.

We are looking for reinforcement for our kitchen team immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks:

• Professional preparation of dishes for the seminar, restaurant and banquet sectors
• Preparation of staff meals
• Co-responsibility for workstation hygiene and appropriate storage
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines

Your profile:

• CFC cook training
• Careful and autonomous work
• Team spirit, reliability and professional presentation
• Enthusiasm and service-oriented attitude
• Good knowledge of German
