YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect the market and develop a portfolio of sales mandates.
• Identify new opportunities and maintain your network of contacts.
• Analyze the market in order to advise owners on the positioning of their property.
• Accompany sellers and buyers throughout their real estate project.
• Manage negotiations and follow transactions until their conclusion.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized and rigorous follow-up.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successful experience in real estate brokerage, ideally in the Lausanne region.
• You know the local market and have an active professional network.
• You combine an entrepreneurial spirit, commercial dynamism, and a sense of service.
• You know how to establish a relationship of trust and conduct negotiations.
• Autonomous and organized, you ensure attentive follow-up of your mandates.
• You have perfect mastery of French and possess a driver's license as well as a personal vehicle.
