Your main tasks

• Independent execution of caretaker tasks (cleaning and technology) at various customer properties
• Care and monitoring of technical systems and building technology
• Monitoring of building condition as well as execution of minor repairs and maintenance work
• Independent execution of outdoor work and support with green space work
• Cleaning of customer properties according to interval and tour plan
• Ensuring compliance with work and safety regulations as well as operational specifications
• Execution of winter service work as well as taking on regular on-call duties

Your profile

• Training as Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or basic manual training
• Professional experience in caretaker services
• Technical flair; especially in the area of building technology
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Reliable and responsible personality with polished manners
