Our client, FESTO Microtechnology AG, produces in Pieterlen (BE) with over 120 dedicated and motivated employees on state-of-the-art semi-automatic and fully automatic production systems: pre-controls for pneumatic and piezo valves for flow and pressure control, as well as directly controlled proportional valves for the Festo Group, a German family-owned company with over 20,000 employees worldwide.

In the growth field of piezo valves, many exciting projects are planned for the next few years. For this reason, we are looking for you to expand the team:

Production Employee Assembly Piezo Valves - 100% (m/f/d) in 2-shift operation

What to expect:
You independently assemble and test assemblies or piezo valves
You operate testing and assembly machines and set them up beforehand
You carry out visual and functional controls of the assemblies and individual parts
You consistently adhere to the applicable quality, safety, and cleanliness regulations

What you bring:
You already have experience in similar tasks
You have good fine motor skills and good eyesight, as our parts are small and fine.
You can concentrate well, are careful and conscientious
You can work well with tweezers and a microscope
You have good German skills in spoken and written language (at least level B)
You are ready to work in 2-shift operation (having your own vehicle is indispensable)
Ideally, you bring experience in the manual assembly of small parts

Nice to have:
You are interested in optimizing our workflows and processes and actively participate in our continuous improvement process
