In this generalist function, you will intervene on a wide range of HR topics while participating in transformation and continuous improvement projects. Supervise and coordinate payroll-related activities in collaboration with internal and external partners. Participate in recruitment processes: job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up. Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and transformation initiatives. Participate in the optimization and formalization of HR processes. Ensure the monitoring of HR data and ensure its quality and compliance. Support managers on HR policies and procedures. Candidate Profile Higher education in Human Resources or an equivalent field. Successful experience of several years in an HR Generalist position. Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices. Experience in supervising or coordinating payroll processes. Experience in HR project management and process improvement. Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service. Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach. Fluent French and English are imperative, both spoken and written.
