For the start of studies in Winter (KW 4) or Spring (KW 15) in 2027, we are filling   six study places for dipl. Pflegefachperson HF ## Tasks ## Pflegefachpersonen HF bear the professional responsibility throughout the entire nursing process. They are responsible for the planning, execution, delegation and monitoring of nursing measures. After obtaining detailed information about the nursing needs and the requirements of the patients, they create a nursing concept. In the team, they carry out the nursing measures and control their effect and success. They observe the course of the disease and the recovery process closely. In the nursing documentation, they record the most current developments daily and share their knowledge during ward reports and doctor visits. Pflegefachpersonen HF are repeatedly confronted with challenging situations in their work: they support patients who are in different physical and psychological conditions, and accompany people in all life situations.   Requirements ## For the shortened study program (start Winter & Spring), a degree as Fachmann/-frau Gesundheit EFZ, as well as a trial internship in the acute care area, is required.    For the 3-year training (start Winter), we are looking for persons without a FaGe degree, with the following requirements: • Completion of at least a 3-year basic vocational training with an eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ) or • Fachmittelschulausweis or gymnasiale Maturität Our learning support ## During the studies, you can gain experience on nursing wards of various disciplines in Spital Schwyz. During the internships, you will be closely accompanied by our experienced vocational trainers on the nursing wards. Throughout the entire training period, the supervision of a practice instructor ensures the guidance of your individual learning process.
