For Tertianum Blumenaupark in Unterterzen, we are looking for as of 1 June 2026 a Sous-Chef / Sous-Chef 100% Your tasks • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of food according to the menu plan and special wishes • Co-responsible for efficient inventory management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines • Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Co-responsibility for purchasing, budget and controlling management, inventory as well as quality management • Deputizing in the absence of the Head Chef • Co-responsibility for individual, varied, healthy and target-group-oriented catering in the entire gastronomy area Your profile • Training as Koch EFZ and experience as Sous-Chef/Sous-Chef • Many years of experience in the area of hot and cold kitchen finishing/regeneration and the portioning of food • Professional and independent working attitude • Flair for plating and decorating food • Readiness for assignments at events and caterings • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
