Construction Manager Structural Engineering (80-100%) in Escholzmatt ##

Your tasks: ##

• Project monitoring: controlling the entire construction progress on site as well as comparing execution plans
• Responsibility for professional, economical and compliant project execution
• Schedule and cost controls, preparation of construction programs, schedules and budget and their ongoing monitoring
• Local construction management and coordination, contact person for clients, authorities, architects, specialist planners and craftsmen
• Leadership of the companies involved in construction
• Preparation of specifications, requesting and comparing offers, preparation of works contracts
• Leading construction meetings, checking invoices, additional order management and construction acceptances

What you bring with you: ##

• completed training as a certified Construction Manager in structural engineering, technician HF in structural engineering or equivalent training
• several years of practical professional experience in Switzerland (advantageous)
• knowledge of Swiss construction standards, in project management as well as in construction and contract law
• experience in handling construction administration software and MS Office
• independent way of working
• loyalty and entrepreneurial thinking
• organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• competent appearance
• driving license cat. B
