We offer you in the Operations business area a position as Main tasks Operational operation of cloud services with a focus on Microsoft Azure and M365 Support and consulting of projects in the introduction and implementation of new cloud services Creation and processing of ITSM tickets in the Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes as well as processing of Service Requests Monitoring of performance, availability, and utilization of services as well as continuous optimization Planning, coordination, and implementation of activities in Application Lifecycle Management in agreement with subject matter experts and suppliers Profile Completed business informatics studies or comparable education and training At least 3 years of relevant experience as an Application Manager in operation, maintenance, and further development of cloud services Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, M365, Intune, Purview, Windows 365, and ideally SharePoint Online Experience with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Webex), Windows servers, databases, virtualization technologies, and SSO connections Analytical, structured, and independent work style as well as openness to agile methods Very good oral and written German language skills (C2) and English language skills (C1) Perspectives We are the right employer for committed employees who are looking for challenges and want to take on responsibility quickly.
