Job Description

Within the Sales Department, you will ensure the coordination of sales across various international markets. You will support the Brand Managers in their administrative activities and guarantee the correct application of the brand's commercial directives to subsidiaries and partners. Your responsibilities: o Organize and steer the commercial activities of the markets (planning, coordination, performance monitoring and reporting) o Support the Brand Managers and ensure the reporting of key information to the Sales Department o Facilitate exchanges between headquarters, markets and external partners o Manage sales operations and their administration (orders, ERP/CRM customers, prices, contracts) o Coordinate flows with internal departments and ensure the follow-up of specific requests o Participate in commercial projects and market transformation (openings, closures, tools) o Maintain and ensure the reliability of monitoring tools and databases o Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and partners o Guarantee a high level of service and manage sensitive situations with professionalism

Profile

o Training in commerce or equivalent o Experience in commercial coordination / ADV, ideally in an international or luxury environment o Mastery of French and English o Good mastery of IT tools (ERP, Excel, CRM) o Organization, rigor and sense of priorities o Excellent interpersonal skills o Autonomy, proactivity and sense of service
