This is what you can expect You lead, develop and coach a team of three customer advisors in the customer zone and promote a service-oriented, motivating team culture. You are responsible for team management, duty planning, employee interviews and training of trainees and work closely with the head of the private and business customer sector. You represent AKB and receive customers at the Welcome Desk. The processing of customer services at the Cash Desk (deposits/withdrawals, exchange), management of cash holdings (CHF and foreign currencies) and maintenance of the ATM are among your main tasks. It is a pleasure to advise new customers as well as team customers on basic services and to refer them to the relevant offices when potential is recognized. You also maintain customer contact at the Learning Desk, where you present digital channels and provide support with questions. Several years of experience in the customer zone as well as proven management experience characterize you.
