What awaits you

• Independent case handling: You handle legal cases of private and corporate customers, particularly from the area of XX. Your consulting takes place mainly by telephone
• Use of AI: In your daily work, smart AI tools are available to you, so that you can work efficiently and focus on the essentials
• Legal advice with a modern twist: You analyze a wide variety of facts and solve problems in an uncomplicated, pragmatic manner and in the interest of the customers
• Negotiations: You conduct oral and written negotiations with insured persons, opposing parties, lawyers, and authorities

What you bring with you

• You have a BSc in Business Law or a comparable degree from a Swiss university

Practical professional experience in the field of road traffic, criminal, and contract law

• Very good Italian language skills are of very great advantage
• You are a strong communicator and can convey complex facts understandably and empathetically. You also possess unbeatable negotiation skills.
• The satisfaction of your customers is important to you and you are committed to fulfilling their concerns in the best possible way
• At the same time, you bring a basic understanding of economics and know how to weigh costs and benefits in case handling and interpret case-relevant numbers
• Hours of studying files is not your style - you work efficiently, solution-oriented, and pragmatically
• You remain calm even in hectic times
• You are IT-savvy and open to integrating AI tools into your daily work routine
