The GERBE elderly care center is a modern care and accommodation center for elderly people with 113 care places and 48 apartments for seniors. Your tasks

• You accompany and support the residents in their daily lives (for example to get dressed and undressed, shower, eat or for personal care)
• You measure blood pressure, pulse and temperature and learn to interpret the values correctly
• You help with the planning of activities and the organization of external appointments
• You support meal times taking specific dietary requirements into account
• You prepare medications and injections and administer them under the supervision of professionals
• You change dressings and care for wounds
• You maintain the care documentation in accordance with your skills

Required conditions

• Completion of compulsory schooling (secondary level A preferred)
• Empathy and communication skills (German language skills at least level B1)
• Joy and patience in contact with elderly people
• Sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Organization and careful and precise work
