Human Resources Manager 50-100% Your area of responsibility In this management position, you are responsible for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit. As an experienced HRM you are responsible for the monthly payroll run you are responsible for social insurance administration (incl. wage declarations) you are the internal and external contact person for all personnel topics you further develop the HR processes and management instruments you manage time recording, expenses and absences you collect relevant HR key figures and derive recommendations for action from them you maintain the intranet and other employee information tools you support the line management in personnel recruitment you help with the planning and organization of various employee events you design the annual newsletter Your profile We are looking for a dynamic personality with several years of experience in a comparable position.
