As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an open, implementation-strong leadership personality at the Zurich location who will orient the IFA towards growth, as Head of IT-Education - School Director (m/f/d). In this function, you assume overall strategic and operational responsibility for the IFA and report directly to the CEO of ipso!. You lead the department heads and the administrative management directly, as well as the lecturers indirectly, and are additionally responsible for your own department. You will specifically expand the educational portfolio to tap into new target groups and gain market share. At the same time, you will consistently develop the structures across all locations in a customer-oriented manner. You do not need to have managed a school. Decisive are several years of leadership experience with responsibility for results, for example in ICT, consulting, or Digital Business, as well as enjoyment in leading people. You are present, direct, and bring genuine interest in lecturers and students. Technology is your terrain, AI included: You know what new technologies mean for business and education, and ideally possess a network in business and ICT. Impact, growth and design You have a degree at tertiary level (HF, FH, or Uni), ideally in computer science, business informatics, or business administration.
