For our client in Zürich, we are looking for a dedicated, organizationally strong, and entrepreneurially minded personality as a Project Manager in the painting sector.

Your future tasks:

• You will take over the independent planning, organization, and execution of new and revitalization projects.
• You will lead and coordinate the construction site teams and ensure smooth processes.
• You bear responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines throughout the entire project course.
• You are responsible for supplementary contract management and ensure economical project execution.
• You take responsibility for quantity surveying and actively assist if required.
• You advise clients and architects competently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You coordinate the various project participants and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.

Your profile:

• You have completed basic training as a plasterer, dryliner, mason, or in a comparable manual trade.
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a foreman.
• You have a stylistically confident command of the German language in speech.
• You have completed basic training as a painter EFZ, ideally supplemented by further training as an eidgenössisch diplomierte Malermeisterin.
• Ideally, you bring further training in project management, construction management, or business administration.
• You communicate stylistically confidently in German, both written and spoken.
• You convince through teamwork, networked thinking, and an independent way of working.
• You have good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office programs as well as in mobile data collection.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the software solutions ABACUS and ABABAU.
• You possess strong organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You appear naturally and convincingly, possess assertiveness, and are characterized by a down-to-earth personality.
