Your tasks: Holistic care: You take over the care and support of our clients, taking into account their individual needs and life situations with a lot of empathy. Competent case management: You are available to our clients and their relatives as a competent case manager and offer professional assistance. Daily responsibility & quality: You implement the nursing process independently and contribute to the safeguarding and further development of our nursing quality through your expertise. Teamwork on an equal footing: You work closely with the team management and other specialists and bring your ideas into play. Your profile: Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH You treat clients with respect and understanding and bring joy in specific problem-solving. You like to work independently, responsibly, and enrich the team with your flexibility and team spirit.
