The Institut Menzingen employs around 140 staff members and conducts the operational business of the Sisters of the Holy Cross on their behalf. This includes the nursing home St. Franziskus with 87 nursing beds and a holistic health offering, the care of the sisters' residential communities in Switzerland, and the maintenance of the monastery courtyard with the church wing, a newly emerging bistro, as well as residential and commercial space. The Sisterhood of the Holy Cross was founded in 1844 in Menzingen and is represented today on several continents of the world. The Switzerland province currently includes around 130 sisters; most live in Menzingen. For the nursing home St. Franziskus, we are looking for an experienced and reliable personality as Service Staff 100% per immediately or by arrangement Your tasks: • You serve our residents, relatives, guests, and staff with friendliness and attention. • You prepare drinks as well as small meals and snacks and present them in an appealing manner. • You ensure that our cafeteria is always a well-kept and inviting meeting point - from cleanliness to appealing presentation. • You work according to the applicable hygiene, quality, and safety standards. • You support during occasions and events and contribute to a successful guest experience. • You help with inventory management as well as restocking drinks and consumables.
